| Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases from Dabears2k. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important information regarding product returns. Your placement of an order with Dabears2k constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Orders Policy
• Orders should be placed via the Site
• The shipping address specified in the order MUST be on file with the credit card issuing bank.
• A 15% cancellation fee will apply to any order that is cancelled before it has shipped. No exceptions
• Product availability shown on the Site is not updated in real-time, so it may not be 100% accurate.
• Prices posted on the Site are subject to change without notice.
• Product images may not accurately represent the product and should be used for reference only.
• Special order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit and may not be returned. Special order items include any pre-orders and painted items.
• Sales tax of 8.75% applies only to orders shipped to an address in the state of California.
• Payment is accepted in United States Dollars only.
Shipping Policy
• Shipping within the United States is offered via Fedex. Dabears2k.com reserves the right to substitute shipping methods at their discretion. Shipping rates are calculated off the fedex site. There are no refunds for shipping costs paid but not incurred by Dabears2k.com
• Shipping to Canada is offered via USPS only. Due to customs fees, Dabears2k.com does not ship via Fedex to Canada. Although Fedex is offered on our site to Canada, choosing that option will delay your shipment and subject your order to additional charges.
• Shipping coupons may go through the system even if they are not valid. Dabears2k.com reserves the right to charge proper shipping or hold shipment until proper shipping is paid.
Returns Policy
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before any returns can be made. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed and will be returned at the customers expense.
• Returns will be allowed only within 14 calendar days of the receipt of your product(s). This will be verified through shipping (ie., tracking number).
• An issued RMA number does not automatically imply a replacement or refund. All products will be inspected either by us or the manufacturer based on customer claims before any refunds are issued.
• Merchandise must be NEW, unused, and in original sellable condition. Merchandise showing signs of having been opened, installed, modified, mounted, scratched, painted, or defaced will not be accepted or be subject to a 30% restocking fee as per the discretion of Dabears2k.com. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct fitment and/or vehicle application BEFORE installation. If the condition of the returned merchandise does not meet these requirements, it will be returned at the customers expense.
• For fitment issues, the customer must first contact the manufacturer of the product for verification before a return can be authorized. If the manufacturers contact information can not be located, please contact us.
• Returns must be sent prepaid and insured by the customer. It is also recommended that a tracking number be obtained. Customer MUST INCLUDE THEIR CONTACT information INSIDE the package. Dabears2k.com will make no attempt to decipher return information that is not clearly included within the package.
• No returns on special order items.
• Return shipping will be paid by the customer on all warranty returns past 30 days of purchase.
• Items returned without information will be held for 30 days, after which time Dabears2k.com will dispose of the items. Dabears2k.com will not be responsible for items left past 30 days.
• Returns on non-defective items are assessed a 30% restocking charge subject to verification of meeting rules as stated above.
• Items found to be defective in the first 14 days may be returned. If Dabears2k.com can repair the item or replace the item, we will do so. If Dabears2k.com can repair the item or replace the item but the customer would still like to return it, the customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and loss of shipping charges.
• Items found to be defective after 14 days will be the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer.
• Once the returned item has been received, please allow 7 working days for your return/exchange to be processed.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping and handling charges incurred by Dabears2k that were not charged to the customer (ie., if free shipping was offered).
• These criterias are also applicable to unapproved, refused shipments.
